Ordered the orange pm 256gb on the 12th at 1:30pm, nothing still. Last thing I got was a message on the 19th saying delivery by the 26th. No movement since so can't see it coming by Friday.

I have absolutely no updates what so ever, still "awaiting dispatch" even after being told on the phone it will be delivered Friday, show I have "no active orders" on my account and been told this is a glitch on my account and on their website. If I don't receive anything tomorrow regarding dispatch I'll be back on the phone breathing fire

This has to be the most frustrating purchase I think ive ever made! 

my order just says confirmed awaiting dispatch. Coming soon. 

I was assured last time i rang itwpuld now be delivered on Friday but have heard nothing sonce even though im told it will guaranteed be with is on the 26th! 

the last message I got says up to the 4th October

Me too i ordered on the 12th for the iphone 17 pro max silver 256GB around 5:30pm and it doesn't show up on my orders at all and only emails i have received is the confirmation of order and have heard nothing at all getting very annoyed when first ordered it said to be delivered on the 19th

@Emmanie  I ordered mine at 10pm at night it is logical 

Most people probably went for the cheapest option so there's a hold up in orders I went for one purposely more expensive so I'm probably in less of a queue

I ordered the orange pro max at 14:42 on the 12th still zero update. App states "coming soon" no DPD email nothing it's rediculous I think it might depend on postcodes who gets what and when?

Just checked Apple website and it's saying delivery between 17th and 25th October so I'm not holding out any hope whatsoever ever thinking of cancelling the order and waiting till this all calms down

Pro max orange 256 1:03pm 12th . I was promised the 26th after being promised the 19th, within 24 hours . Within 48 hours. Mine still says awaiting dispatch. No emails since order confirmation not liking my chances of arrival tomorow
