I got the email just before 7pm. Hadn't heard anything up until this... and it was just stuck on 'in progress-coming soon'... so there is hope after all!! Haha

Been following this thread since day 1 - pre ordered on the 12th at around 14:30 and had everything go through/confirmed around 18:50 that evening. 

Ordered the Cosmic Orange Pro Max in 512GB.

Was originally told the 19th September - called on the 19th as there was nothing further and was told the weekend, then the Monday but again nothing.

Finally had an email this morning from Sky with DPD tracking. The sky app states it should be delivered tomorrow with the DPD saying that it's on my way to my local depot (been the same since 5/6am this morning).

Hopefully it arrives tomorrow, but looks as though Sky have got a further stock this week and shipping those out, according to the agent. 

Fingers crossed it arrives tomorrow, but will keep everyone updated.

I gave in and called them a few minutes ago, for reference I pre-ordered on the 12th, 17 Pro Max Orange 256, it didn't arrive on the 19th as promised.  And I have just been told (despite the message saying I would get it by 4th October) that when they receive stock on the 26th, it will be dispatched on Monday 29th and to expect Tuesday 30th, as they would not deliver on the weekend.

I've ordered the same. I rang this morning and was told Friday

I ordered 17 pro max 1TB orange on 13th 1 pm, called the customer care twice. First call was on Monday and I asked for 25 pound compensation which they agreed ( currently showing deducted from my next month billing) they said it will be delivered before 26th.

Got 2 messages till yesterday that it will be delivered on 26th. Second call was on this afternoon and told that I didn't received any update from DPD courier, up on talking to multiple agents on same call they given the assurance that it will be delivered on 26th( only after I strongly argued that will be cancelling the order).

Finally, I got the email at 7:20 stating that it will be reaching to me soon and immediately followed by email from DPD with tracking details. On the sky portal it was updated with tomorrow delivery date 25 sep.

so what I learned from the experience is that without chasing the sky agent over the call they will not expedite the processing from the end.

fingers crossed for 2morrows delivery and best of luck to all.

I am confident it will arrive and hope everyone is not far behind

So when they say before the 26th they actually mean not before the 26th, sick to death now of seeing "coming soon" ive ordered the least popular phone in the Air (albeit by far the best phone on the market) and its still coming soon, stock is available elsewhere so what are sky doing bloody ship it already, literally sucked all the excitement out of it now.

It's a box to send back in, you have to pay yourself for shipping as it's an expensive item so needs to be sent tracked signed I believe to be insured

See that's mental how your air hasn't arrived because when I went on the sky website before to check, it literally said to me order before 9pm for next day delivery on the air. So I have no idea what sky are doing with previous orders

I've received the the same 3 emails today around 6:30pm as it's coming towards me, to be confirmed those same 3 emails I did received before I got my iPhone 17 delivered on 19th September as well. Checked the tracking with DPD, it says we've received your parcel and it's on the way to our Newcastle depot. So I'm very confident that I'm gonna receive my iPhone 17 Pro Max tomorrow.

@CLDR7 @Fellow iPhone air order that will not be arriving by 26th as I have had no update. It's really given me such a low mood as I just don't understand as you said how they can be in stock everywhere but not sky? I went past a Vodafone shop today and had to stop myself from crying through the window looking at the phones

@AlexJ28 @I said this yesterday about it showing you can get one tomorrow but I'm nearly on day 13. I'm so fed up and sick to death of it all
