iPhone delivery delivery shambles

I think the fact they let peephole through and then when people order after that  day and they can get next day delivery is the issue with sky. They are still taking these orders without fulfills the ones in progress therefore a shambolic mess where they are all fobbing people off with different delivery dates

I'm sorry but it absolutely is skys fault. They knew how much stock they were getting and continued taking orders with a delivery date of 19th Sep. Had they updated the estimate once the initial stock ran out then it wouldn't be so bad.

Then there's the issue of them not shipping out phones in the order they were received. Why is someone who ordered a 17PM 256/Blue on the 13th Sep getting theirs before those that ordered the same model/colour/storage on the 12th?

I ordered in the 12th within the first 30 minutes but message on Sky says by 4th October - hoping someone else might have heard for an earlier date?

Maybe this is some sort of social experiment to see how insane they can make us by feeding breadcrumbs of wrong information and telling people different things. I feel a bit looney checking my messages every hour in the miracle it might change. It's become a ritual now ....... check my order then ....check my messages..... then wait an hour and repeat

Omg.. only had an update from Sly this evening stating my iPhone 17 Pro Max 256gb in Silver will be delivered tomorrow!!!

The previous order statement since i preordered on the 12th Sept @4pm was "in progress" and "waiting dispatch". I did also have a txt on launch day to say it would be arriving BY the 26th September but absolutely nothing until tonights good news that tomorrow DPD shall be delivering tomorrow 🥰 fingers crossed time..
