Expected delivery time

I ordered 17 pro max on 19/09/2025 but, still in my orders I didn't got excepted delivery date it's just showing coming soon. Could you please confirm may date and time for me I will free myself on the day to receive the mobile. Thank you

I have the same here for my Iphone Air, I ordered it on the 18th and my DPD app did say arriving on the Friday the 19th but its now the next tuesday and have had nothing.

@bigollie i spoke to someone about 15 minutes ago who said they're expecting stock still on 26th and I can still expect delivery by 4th October so at this point I don't think anyone can believe a word they say

I have just come off the phone from customer service I am so annoyed now. I asked to cancel the order. I was told I can't. Because my order is in fulfilment centre. I should expect delivery on Friday 26th September. My order tracking still says processing coming soon.

I just spoke with someone and they said they are getting stock for my handset 17PM silver 256gb in stock on 4th October and mine will be shipped then. Not holding my breathe as my delivery still says coming soon - awaiting dispatch. Its not the waiting for me as you expect delays on a new product, its the lack or no communication i dont like and everyone being told different stories. Just wish we could get a honest answer and customers would stop hounding for answers.

I ordered the iPhone 17 pro over a week ago and I haven't had any messages email or anything to let me know if the phone is in stock if it's on it way or Anything the only think I've had is don't forget to activate your sim which I haven't got yet either when trying to talk to a human it saying unavailable I just want to know when it will be sent out

I'm having the same issue ... no email to confirm anything. The chatbot is absolutely useless when trying to speak to somebody in order to find our what's actually going on. Really frustrating considering how time sensitive contracts can be ...

In all fairness they must be getting 100's of calls a day, however I have just called and they couldn't wait to get me off the phone.
