Has anybody had a status update this evening. Looking for a glimmer of hope that they are getting dribs and drabs off fresh stock on a daily basis.

pre ordered 17 pro max 256gb Silver on 12th at 3pm. It initially said delivery for today but status currently says Awaiting Dispatch. Had a txt yesterday to say will now be BY 26th. No emails, no dpd messages.

I got a lot of updates for my 17 pro I ordered yesterday, ded tracking says it is on its way to my local depot which is where I live basically, so I'm expecting it first thing tmrw morning. Uk london

Ordered a 17 PM 2TB in Cosmic orange at 1:30pm on the 12th , haven't had an update no email , no message in my inbox on sky app just says "in progress - coming soon " has been like that since the 12th so I called them at 8pm tonight , took 40 minutes to get through and and was told it's guaranteed for next week , I was also put down as priority too , he said latest is Friday , we will see 😕

I ordered iPhone 17 pro max 256g at 1:03 pm . It said delivery on the 19th which hasn't happened ,It says awaiting dispatch i have had no email to tell me when it's expected or what's happening, no text nothing just lies from them on the phone (yes it will defo be here today don't worry) it's not here!! I just hate the lack of communication . My friend ordered the same phone size and colour 2 days after me and has already recieved it

DPD have just told me there is a delay with my parcel **bleep**. Not sure if this is automated bc it never came today though.

No amount of calling sky will help, waste of time, speaking from experience of upgrading every year. No amount of commenting here will speed things up either. Youre wasting the sky advisors time and wasting your own time. Just keep an eye on the MySky app and for an email from DPD, other than that, chill out, you will get the phone eventually. It's the same with every single network provider, its not Sky at fault, its Apple not keeping up with demand, same year on year.

Ordered mine 16 min past pre order opening 1:16pm, 512gb 17 pro max in the orange, havent heard a thing,  nothing from sky, nothing from DPD absolute shambles, cant cancel it until it arrives which could be next year for all i know, very disapointed as i hopped through checkout from 1pm on the dot to no avail.

I was looking to get the 16 pro max but it is the same price for the 17?

Because that is what Sky have decided to price them at perhaps to push potential customers to the newer models.

They just doing it in reverse so if you order yesterday on 18th you will get it on next day and if you ordered on 12th September like me you guys have to wait for 3 weeks.. I think there is some kind of glitch in there system, there IT team is not good
