Order Issue

I ordered AirPods Max today and just checked the order status, this is the message. Has anyone else experienced this?

Some have seen the same message so they reply is always the same - you need to call Sky to find out what the issue is.

Strange that I didn't get an email or call. I'd not have known had I not checked.

Had the same issue. First person I called said there was a 'glitch' and reordered the phone for me. Said to sign the agreement straight away. 
After signing the agreement, I checked the status and the new order also had an issue. I called and was told that you are supposed to leave a 24 hour gap between making the order and signing the agreement because their system is having a problem. So that's 2 hard searches I've now had on my credit score! I chose to cancel rather than re order and have it fail again.

Not really, I chose to cancel the order altogether. I'm yet to reorder! I have filed a complaint with no response yet.
