@Keavy-Leigh @Waiting for my iPhone air to arrive. Anytime between today and never 🤣 I keep asking if I can use my number in it with an eSIM and have been told so many different things this week. Was promised call backs that never happened. Chat team were less interested than my dog in hearing my issues and I'm still not sure if I have to use a new number in my new phone

Paul needs to sort his life out and sky customer services need to get with the programme and update the training on esims. I feel so let down and have always rated sky quite highly.
