I have tried to cancel my order for the orange pro max. Cant get through. 

Was hoping to get it today or at least next week. Still says coming soon for me. 

We fly to the US on the 5/10 for over 2 weeks. I am sure if DPD try to deliver we will be out of the country and it will get returned.

Did anybody's sim get activated today shortly before receiving the DPD notification? I'm hoping the sim activations are a sign things are moving, hopefully but doubtful

@EricGall  not sure if this helps but I was religiously updating the My Sky app and one minute my orders page had the eSIM and the device then it just went to device only as if I lost the eSIM order, then about 5-10mins later I got the DPD email 🤷‍♀️

just thought I'd keep in the loop and hope this helps someone else. 

Pre ordered the 17 pro max in cosmic orange 256gb on the 12th at around 3:40pm, haven't received any email updates however just checked my sky messages and there's a message saying ' we expect your iPhone to be delivered by the 4th October'

1 phone 15 blue which as arrived and can see on my account. 

2nd phone iphone 17 max but I can't see this on my account. Please help I know its pre  ordered but should it still show on my account

@DozzyS you can't, I've tried and they said you just have to refuse delivery, I read someone else who had also tried.

theyre now claiming they never said it would be delivered today which is a big ole lie because it said 'for delivery 19th September' they're saying that's just the the release date and delivery would be after, it's now after 26th for this model, I've ordered the same with regret

after claiming nobody was told delivery would be today

@Becky144 you've got further than me! I've been told it could still be today despite having no tracking info 😂 
Now waiting for a manager to contact me so I can escalate my complaint
