Apple air pods 3

Trying to order these, got them in the basket but it won't let me go to checkout, is there anyone I can speak to online to process this order please? 

Sky Glass Gen2 65"
Sky Air 43" in bedroom
LG 65" TV with Puck in spare room.

Broadband with Seethelight as on new build estate that does not support Sky.

You can call Sky on 150 from a phone that has a Sky sim in it.

I don't use the sim side of things, what's the direct number please?
