This is freaking awful customer service from Sky!! I am back on the phone with them again after getting the message that the phone will be with me on 4th Oct but funny thing is, before I mentioned the message I got  he was parroting the 26th Sep. Now he's going to speak to the warehouse team about getting it out to me by 26th. Not holding my breath at all. 

This is now the 4th date I've been given - 19th, 24-48 hours, 26th Sep and now 4th Oct.

Complaint raised, never pre ordering with Sky again.

My order was an iPhone 17 Pro 256 in Orange, just checked my msg's and I had an email on the 16th saying 'great news your order should be with you soon', but doesnt say when, although it says despacthed on my product screen, but no DPD tracking available

I'm still being told their system says today but as I've had no tracking info it probably won't be. 

I've been offered 30% discount off my £11 sim package 😂

I pre ordered the iPhone 17 pro max last Friday, and ever since my order has just been "in progress - coming soon", my impression was it was going to be delivered today on release day or tomorrow (sat) however this is looking unlikely given that there has been no dispatch email. Please can I have some help finding out when it will be dispatched? Thank you!

@TrickyBanter Don't trust them, they'll tell you "it's coming on the 26th" just to get you off the phone. When I spoke to them they didn't seem to know anything about this 4th October message either until I got them to read it in My Messages.

Wish we could get through to the Scottish call centre every time. Whenever it's diverted abroad it's poorly trained people who just don't know how to deal with anything beyond a simple query.

Can anyone confirm the truth of this please:

I received a 17bpro today, which I need to return as I cancelled it and ordered a pro max instead which hasn't turned up and won't for a couple of weeks. I was just told by someone at sky I can use the 17 pro for a couple of weeks and then return it as it will be with the 31 day period - is this right seems odd I could use a phone, maybe scratch it and then just send it back.

When I ordered my iPhone 17 (on the 14th) it said it will come on the 19th today, however it still says not dispatched and coming soon why?

Hi @Tracey145  that usually means sky are awaiting stock for your model/colour/memory configuration, keep an eye on your order status for updates.

I ordered mine at 1:30 and was told it would be coming on the 19th.

I have just received a message on my account stating it will arrive on 4th October, the lies to make you buy and then trap you once you're in is a joke. Disgusting behaviour

Ordered mine at a similar time . On phone to sky now as others within same order time already received phone. I was told by one person October 4th. This person transferred me to the mobile department which said 26th and after I questioned all the different timings in 1 call and clearly not what stated at time of ordering I have been advised I'm being transferred to another department . I've been on hold for 15 minutes
