Current sim and new sim

I called on 10th September regarding my current eSIM on my iPad, as it was not receiving messages via the phone number (only through my iCloud email). I was told someone would be in touch, but I haven’t heard back yet.

 

At the same time, I also ordered a new SIM plan (10GB with unlimited calls and texts for £5/month), which I have not yet received.

 

Could you please update me on:

 

  • The status of the Esim issue I reported.
  • The delivery or activation of the new SIM I ordered.

You are only talking to other customers and not Sky support on here,


For both issues you will need to call them again.
