I'm just getting this, says in progress, when you check tracking on DPD, it says they've received the order details but not the parcel,  rang SKY to ask whats going on, they said its out for delivery today, but I cant track it, sat in waiting all day so I asked again, if its going to be another day, thats fine, at least I'm not waiting in all day so please tell me if its going to be delivered today, they answered yes it is, but I have ZERO confidence in it happening,  I think Sky are about to lose my business, Grrrrrr !

@sdcsdc Apologies if it sounds a bit obvious but have you checked your tracking on the Sky app and 'My Messages' on the Sky app?

I didn't receive any emails at all, but my tracking on the app updated and had a link to DPD tracking. I also had a messages in 'My Messages' about my order that I didn't get via email.

Just spoke with sky customer service they couldnt care less......just says from 3rd oct cant do nothing about it

WOW so I got told it would be delivered the 19th and then the 26th and NOW I GOT A MESSAGE SAYING IT WILL BE HERE BY THE 4TH OF OCTOBER !!!!!! I ordered it at 1:35 pm

All they say is 'oh well it's an estimate not a guarantee' they know damn well they're implying it'll be with you on launch day, even apples own delivery window is now mid October and not available for store pick up

At this point iv lost faith that it's arriving today no emails no messages nothing... sent in an complaint email so I guess we will see what happens.

Exactly @Becky144 . There's nothing in the terms that says it's an estimate. On the 12th it said "For delivery on the 19th September". Some said "from the 19th September". But for those that said "on the 19th" it's pretty specific. 

Pretty sure Sky Customer Service (actual employees) used to monitor these forums and occasionally speak up - hopefully they'll do so in this thread soon as this is ridiculous. 

Not just the delays, but the poor customer service and the fact it's almost impossible to cancel an order that hasn't even shipped yet!!
