I'm so annoyed, just had a message to say it will be delivered by 4th Oct!!

Hi. We expect your iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Blue to be delivered by 4th October. We'll email you a day before it's delivered. Thanks for your patience.

Ive spoken to three agents today, the first told me I will receive it in 24-48 hours, the next told me 26th Sep and the third agent who I spoke to so I could raise a complaint told me it will be delivered by 26th Sep as well.

Now it's the 4th Oct!!!

Just had a message from sky saying my iPhone 17 Pro Max - Blue - 256GB will be delivered by October 4th. I was told at checkout it would be delivered on the 19th of September, then i was told it would start to be delivered from the 26th of september, now I'm being told it will be delivered by October 4th...

First time Sky customer and not happy. Anyone else having these issues?

Ordered mine by 1:30 pm on the 12th. 17 pro cosmic orange 256gb. Here's to hoping

So far today I've had

(1) - being told it's coming today, I have an IMEI number but they can't give me it because I don't have my device yet, and they can't give me tracking details.

(2) - I rang back as I didn't believe him, it'll be with me in 24-48 hours. It's not coming today.

(3) - Live chat, up to 6 days.

(4) - Message saying it'll be here by the 26th.

They have no idea with fulfilment, feel like it's a wasted effort even trying to get an update.

4th October!!! 2 weeks away I ordered this phone 25past 1 on Friday the 12th. How am I now at the back of the Que for one

Totally a sky issue.

They have clearly just pulled names out of a hat and packed their order. No list or system had been used here no chance. 

the communication had been 100% shocking throught the process.
