They messed my order twice. Cancelled twice.  Ordered Friday 19th at 4pm . Promised today and heard nothing so complained and spoke to sky line manager and I'm getting first 3 months at £18 including 10gb data. Think normally £48. Just complain . I'm a new customer and was disappointed with this. Mrs pro max orange coming today 4.15-5-15 so hope she'll let me play if mine ever turns up

As we’re customers we have no insight into delivery timescales. The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

I have seen quite a few people ordering next day or even 2 days after pre order day and they are getting there pro max 256 orange (which I also ordered at 1:03 pre order day) before me , mine hasn't even been dispatched yet . If I'm ever silly enough to try doing this again I won't rush to preorder on the day it clearly doesn't matter when you ordered or what
