Apple iPhone 17 range and iPhone Air available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

Hey guys, 

I preordered the 17 pro max , blue at 1:20pm on 12th, it was confirmed by 2pm but is still showing as coming soon in the app!!

i rang sky and was told it will definitely come tomorrow if you preordered it on 12th even if it's not updated. I then rang again and now I'm being told it won't be dispatched until 26th due to production shortage!! 

then spoke to someone on the chat who said it'll come in October?? I'm so confused, I really needed it by tomorrow so I don't understand why we're getting told different things!!

I spoke to them on phone at lunch and they said it will be coming 19th/20th yet it still hasn't updated on my app.

@Zs1898 they are literally making it up as they go along. The advisors have no clue just like the rest of us. All I was told was that pro orders will START to ship tomorrow and that pro max orders will START to ship the week after. But as and when we actually get them, who the heck knows!

@Markdjwright I doubt it will come on Saturday. DPD only do special delivery on Saturday's not normal rounds. I reckon it'll be Monday at best.

It's so frustrating!! If I knew they were going to do this I would've ordered directly from Apple or gone down to buy it in store!!

I'm never buying from Sky again, I'll be going straight via Apple next time! I even looked to see if they had stock so I could go and get it tomorrow but none available!

I've basically come to terms with the fact that if it hasn't updated by 9 then I can kiss goodbye to my sweet orange child arriving tomorrow

@xBeccax I'm the same. Still no update. Just saying they haven't got the phone yet. On your Sky app does the order still say processing? But with a delivery date? 

It's strange as on my actual order is says dispatched.
