I have moved your post into the thread discussing pre orders. 

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

I've done the online chat today and also rang up. I've been told even tho I ordered on the 12th at 5pm that depending on the colour and GB depends when it will come. My partner got the blue pro max and his is estimated on their system for 26th as the silver pro max I got and is estimated for the 3rd October. They are both 256gb and bought on my sky account.

I ordered at 1.15 the day pre orders started and I have just spoke to sky on the phone and they said that if you haven't received an email from dpd that you literally won't be getting it now until the 26th so looks like I have to wait an extra week 😩

Mines updated to say delayed 😞 but I paid for VIP slot for today to chance my arm to see if I'd get it early and I'm hoping it's saying delayed as that time slot has passed!!

Great news! My DPD still says it hasnt got the handset yet... But i'm hoping it'll update later on. On your sky account does the status still say "pending" but with a delivery date?
