Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

@EpicC  Its very accurate, given there is at least the odd sky worker that has commented once i'm syre i spotted days ago and yes they just ignore us and feed us relentless lies. It literally is a support group sunce we're more supporting of each other than sky is of its own customers!

I pre ordered my iphone 16 pro max on launch day withing 2 hours.  I received an email stating delivery date of 20th Spetember.  So I booked the day off work however the day before I received a text saying that it will now be delivered by Friday 27th September and when I check order tracking it says they are waiting for adelivery date.  

I phoned on the Friday and was told that I would receive an email with tracking details the day before my phone was delivered, however I've not yet received anything.  I tried live chat today and they just keep saying it's ordered.  After persisiting that I need to know a delivery date as I need more than 24 hours notice to take a day off they gave me the phone number for DPD but no tracking number.  Well surprise surprise DPD have no delivery for me and no record of one either.  

I'm now in a long queue to try and talk to them on the phonebu last live chat was now telling me that they wont get any more stock until end of 
October!

I'm furious as they seem to be able to take my money and then jusy deliver it sometime.  

I can only assume they over sold their available stock and now have to wait for more stock from Apple.  

I'm disgusted at their service and am now trying to complain but even that is so time consuming.  

Has anyone actually received theire iphone 16pro max?  I know the larger ones often are delayed but my issue it they origianally said 20th , then 27th september now it may be end of October, shoddy way to run a business and customer service is non existant

I am due to this afternoon, but it doesn't help you as you know @champagneslay 

but it does mean that the stock is now available in Apple, so the likelihood is that a bunch of them are also on their way to sky today too to be distributed....

I had this with ordering an Iphone in September before. Last time it ended up being a little over a month to get it.. All that time was told ohh yes yours is ready to ship we see... I mean sure it's ready,,, when Sky get it lol

@Lewis19971 I pre ordered mine at 2:35pm on Friday 13th and they still have no clue when I'll be getting it.  

Phonecall just now I'm told it will be Friday 27th but we'll see what happens

@champagneslay did they give you a delivery date?  They originally told me Friday 20th so I took day off work then on Thursday 19th I had text to say delivery by Friday 27th.  Phonecall to Sky was no help as they said they were waiting for their system to update and I should have an update the next day, surprise surprise nothing.  

Live chat this morning told me October 21st, but when I phoned to complain they're telling me Friday 27th September, so who knows?  

I guess I will just hope a get a tracking email from DPD on Thursday, fingers crossed

@Samdl2 @You've had more than me! I was told delivered on 20th obviously a big lie! then my app updated to "Sim completed" then told it would follow with the phone which should be at the end of the week. But had no texts or emails! It's so so bad

The deliveries by Apple are being throttled. They are 25-30% down on demand and trying to make it seem like they have more demand.
