Finally after 6 weeks out iPhones are getting delivered this morning. 2x iPhone 16 pro max 256gb in bt & DT. Finally glad for it to come now after waiting so long. Rang sky customer service and they said we shouldn't have been waiting so long and soon as we phoned up the back order changed on the app.

Hi all, 

I've been following this forum for a while and can finally contribute. I ordered on the 29th of October and called them this afternoon. She said NT and DT 256/512gb are deliverable in 24-48 hours but WT is available in 1 week. Meaning... if I placed a new order I would likely get it sooner than my original order. I still have no tracking. Very ridiculous system.

I ordered my 256GB DT  on the 28th of October and it's still showing "back order" order coming soon. And it's frustrating because I feel like sky is just telling me different things

I've ordered the IPhone 16 pro max WT and I ordered it on the 8th October and my new phone is coming tomorrow 9th November, so if you ordered the WT iPhone you should be getting it on the 9th/10th November if you ordered near my time frame.

I ordered a 16 pro max on 25th last month still Haven't received it its getting beyond a joke everything i contact sky it's different excuses someone else ordered the same and same colour as me later than me and they've Already received it it's so frustrating and causing so much stress I've sat and explained my circumstances to them but they don't seem to care at all
