I placed an order for an iPhone 16 pro max and haven't received an email confirmation and can't view my order in my account. I've been a Sky customer for years  but it would be my first Sky mobile.

After the credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.

My IPhone 16 Pro Max 1TB White Titanium  is finally arriving today. Ordered 19/09/24

Recieved an update yesterday on the MySky App with a date to say it would be delivered today then at 8:13AM today had gotten another update via DPD with a time frame for delivery and am buzzing that my wait is finally over.

Hopefully anyone still waiting is soon cleared of the delays and issues people have been having and your Phones arrive soon.

I ordered WT 256 GB iPhone 16 pro max on 4th of October and received a text last Friday saying that it will be with me by the 8th of November, but it's still such a long wait.

If you speak to customer care they say titanium is available. How come you haven't received it.

I've just phoned Sky and they've said it should be delivered on the 1st/2nd of November, fingers crossed!
