@PumpkinPie24 256gb Desert titanium 24th September. I have had no update at all. The man on the phone said they sent emails out but i never got it bout the delay. Anyone else get an email ?

Hey guys, just came off the phone to sky and was told there's no such thing called the "priority list". It was all a blatant lie to keep the customers hopes up to make us think we'll be getting our phones. I was told that I should be getting my phone by Sunday when last week it was by Wednesday. A lot of these advisors actually have no clue about the phones as they have no access to any of that information apart from telling us that our phones are on back order. They have no expected dates and are just waiting on apple to send out the phones. If I don't hear or receive anything by Sunday I'll be cancelling.

@Sallyann1974 I just spoke to them they are now saying 1-2 weeks or he was saying i can go for the black or natural one but that still 2-3 weeks. I dont wont them colours so why would i change to be waitin long again. I looked on giffgaff and they had none just the white when i looked. So annoying but hay what can we do just wait .

ordered 19/09 WT 256 pro max

finally got confirmation today that it is arriving tomorrow.

@Leighanne89p I ordered the natural and haven't had anything except the order confirmation email back in September. No comms to say there's a delay and they just keep saying it will "definitely" be here on X date, which every one has passed. Thankfully giffgaff and apple seem to have regular stock for me so I can cancel if they don't deliver this week again

@jdldn9  makes me think they've either not ordered enough for demand or something had gone wrong once they've got stock in because stores have stock in most colours and sizes now so no reason for them not to even have a stock date

Whatever the reason it's by the by, we'll either wait god knows how long, or we won't... But the real reason I will be waiting is because there was no upfront, and it works out cheaper here than anywhere else. Plus I passed the credit check, which I for some reason, didn't with Three, who I'm currently with...

I'm also waiting on 2 x 16pm DT 1tb ordered on 18 Sept.  No communication since confirmation emails, one of them is a trade in for my 14pm 512gb so I'm stuck with sky for that phone so if I'm waiting for 1 phone to do the swap I might as well wait for both

it said next day delivery and it's still saying processing when I ordered it yesterday afternoon.

Just had mine delivered from Giffgaff and its a beautiful phone. I shall be retiring this account now but good luck all! Hope you all have great news soon 🙂
