Just came off the phone with sky and I've been told I've got to wait another week although I was told the same thing last week😂. They're really playing some sort of game with their customers right now. Last week I was told that my phone would be received today now it's the 29th. I ordered the 16 pro max BT 256Gb. It's really annoying how there's no sort of clarity from these advisors there just going around giving there customers false information

@jdldn9 i just got off from few phone calls with aky as well! The lady I spoke to first had no idea how the sky retail works🤷🏻‍♂️ She told me my wait would be 3-4 weeks more. The next lady I spoke with said she cant see anything as it is still in back order and cant be helped. Then the third advisor, the guy told me he will try his best to get it delivered by next week or by the end of this month. 🫠🫠 Dont know what is wrong with sky. This will definitely make them lose many customers who have been loyal to them

yeah it's so stupid. They know this phone would be in high demand so I don't know why they wouldn't get as many in stock instead of getting people to open contacts and making them wait 4 weeks plus. They've apparently now put me on the "priority list" and will get my phone sent out asap once it's with sky.

 @Arv23 she tried telling me to wait another week at first. And I said if I wait another week I'll be cancelling. So my phone best be in my possession by the end of this week. That's when their story changed and they have tried to 'speed' up the delivery

Yeah definitely. Probably won't end up getting my phone till mid November. I don't even want my phone anymore at this point 😭 I'm so annoyed

@Emz0794 I threatened to cancel last week when I called and they asked me to wait until Monday to see if I get any updates, so I have. Nothing. I'll be calling them again tonight so will keep everyone updated on what they say.

@Emz0794 I'm leaving on the 30th for over 2 weeks so told then if it's not coming this week then the order is being cancelled, that got me onto this mystical list too. I feel there's about a 1% chance any such thing exists but at least the conversation is on record with their misinformation and empty promises!

I've been on the priority list for about 3/4 weeks now so I don't think it's true
