Just got off the phone to sky and they said anyone that ordered between 13th - 17th September and has got a text saying it will delivered before 4th October. Hopefully that's true but not holding any hope.

I have ordered the iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB White Titanium on 13/09 around 4:30pm. Update received today (01/10) that phone is being dispatched for delivery tomorrow (02/10)

i ordered i phone 16 pro max on 23rd of sept. 

But now its showing in my order details no active orders. previously its showed that completed and coming soon. but suddeny its showing no active orders. whats going on?

Sky have clearly got this process wrong

Taken far too many preorders without thought stock coming into fulfill

Greed comes to mind

plus get told different thing every time chat with someone: on 27th was told my order was in stock and would be dispatched but not the case

Yesterday told stock didn't arrive on 27th and today now no stock until around 21 October

Looking to go elsewhere even if means another hit to credit rating

I spoke to someone this morning, told me it had been escalated on the 29th and a priority which sounds truthful as that's when it was 'prioritised' still heard nothing about it though
