I called up and was laughed at for catching them out lying. Honestly it's so bad. They just need to be honest about deliveries and re word there emails to from rather than on the 20th.

I ordered the 16 plus for myself and the pro max for my husband it seems that the pro max is more high demanding and hard to get so unsure if my phone would arrive before my husbands or not, sky is pretty useless with direct communication cause they tell everyone different stories

Terribly disappointed to receive a text this afternoon that I won't be receiving my 16 pro max until October 4th! I'd been dreaming of it since I preordered on launch day 🥲🥲 Could have told us sooner as well…😒

actually sick and tired of the employees being so unhelpful, keeps saying the same thing or different stories " the delivery team will be in touch" like when? they knew its launch day tomorrow

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else have been told there's a delay on delivery of the iPhone 16 max. When I ordered mine I received an email saying delivery is the 20th September and I've called tonight and they said there is a delay from Apple and phones are going out from the 27th. Has anyone else had this ?

I had a employee just now tell me that phones are expected to ship through the night for delivery tomorrow but no idea what to believe at this rate, always getting told different things 🤦🏻‍♀️

I've had an email from dpd now saying they're expecting my parcel and sky says expected tomrorow, just to those waiting for dpd emails there's still time 🤞🏻 just the standard 16 not pro or max though

What colour & size? I think the most delayed are the Desert Titanium as it is the most popular colour. Black 2nd, White 3rd & Natural bottom this year. Natural was most sought after last year which caused most delays.
