What a joke, my friend ordered an Iphone 16 and got it the very next day, told me to order one; how stupid of me to do so, i thought hey might as well get the pro eh? got an email last night stating package was arriving tomorrow i wake up open the package and all that was in there was the sodding charger brick opened the app to check and it now says 2-3 weeks?! **bleep** sky.

Hey, the chances of all of us getting our phones at the moment is pretty low and the customer service is quite frankly **bleep** so the best course of action is to either cancel and find a better service or wait it out (me myself i'm going to hopefully wait it out but my birthday is soon and i don't want to get a phone after my birthday.)

Champagneslay yeh I didn't get anything at any point with any expected delivery date on myself. Got the email the day after ordering about how I would receive updates from the courier and that's it. I don't have a phone atm so cant get a text anyway but no emails of any kind mentioning a date like some had. The my sky thing just says in progress- coming soon and has said that since I ordered. 

I asked them on X and only got them repeating the fact I'd get updates when anything changed with my Order. Would just like know what's going on. I thought it was stock but doesn't seem to be an issue as you say but even if it was they don't exactly just tell you that sometimes. Or do once then say something else entirely another time.

@ASandZy @that's weird - the iphones do not come with apple plugs you have to buy them separately

@Raja3 @It could be a while yet, i ordered the same on the 13th at 1:30 and I haven't received my phone yet
