I'm at my wits end tbh guys. Don't know if it's worth ringing tbh, I suffer terribly with mental health and chronic illness and they've decided to flare up together in the last couple of hours  (I'm not after any sympathy I promise you! I'm not that kind of person!) I just feel like if I ring I may end up crying 🤦🏻‍♀️ my text a week ago said delivery by tomorrow/27th September and that's the last official contact I've had from Sky not including all the copy and paste bull**** they've sent me on the message thing 🙃🥲

@Titchx3If you can deffo ring them because i feel like you get more info out of them when you call but if not id wait until tomorrow and if you havent had anything then call and complain because this is absolutley outragous now

So, I rang them just now to see if I could get any answers. The guy on the phone confidently told me I'd have my phone within a week from now. Make of that what you will.

I ordered the 512gb on 13th and still in progress for me. No update aside from confirmation email and sept 27th text. It's such bad customer service.

They dont seem to know thier backside to their elbow.. I finally have an update on mine, "still in progress". The excuse "Sky are only a third party the fault lays with Apple as the supplier. Im sorry but Apple havent been the ones giving me a load of Ball about dates, telling me I will get it, i might get it.

@Strawberrycow I personally wouldn't cancel, I think they are saying it's stuck based on updates from non preorder phones? I made the mistake of cancelling and I massively regret it now. I've just spoken to someone on WhatsApp from the proper complaints department and he has been the most helpful so far
