Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

@januk i ordered my pro max in desert titanium at 2:30 and email said it would be delivered on Friday 20th.however i then had text on Thursday 19th saying it would now be delivered by Friday 27th September. 
When I phoned them yesterday they're saying I should get it on Friday 27th but order still showing as waiting 🤔

fingers crossed it arrives this week.

@Samdl2 Thats good that you got atleast some dates to  wait for.When i called customer care they were like don do anything just wait.They have gone out of stoke which was said on 21st.

@EduardS9 @Yup. Ordered mine around 2:14 and order confirmation came in at 9:57 saying in 20th but obvs don't happen and won't for a few more weeks yet sadly.

Yeah it's so annoying. Waiting so long to get in the queue for pre order and because of bugs on the website only managed to order half an hour later and confirmation at the end of the day. Sad moment really 😞

@EduardS9 @It is but it happens with the pro max every year. I changed mine to the 14 PM 2 years ago. I ordered mine the Monday after the pre order on the Friday so 12th Sept and that arrived on 4th October. Especially when they do new colours each time as well it always proves more popular than they envisage. I think the assume people will change their phone every 2 years so don't account for those upgrading each year adding to the expected 2 yearly upgraders.

@rachelxo jealous right now! I'm waiting on my pro max white and I ordered it on the 13th! Might have to ring sky, had been holding off but if they're missing orders now then they're going to annoy more people 🙃

What I find confusing is the people with the 'sim complete' thing. I've had it since friday - what does it mean? does it mean i'm closer to getting my phone??

@Gem24x i ordered this one on the 16th and have had nothing :') all i've been told by sky is that they're awaiting stock and i'll be the first to know when it's dispatched

i honestly believe sky should be reported to companies house for their awful practices of lying to and misleading customers and leaving us all in the total dark, and with customer support reps all telling us totally different things. 

they advertised to pre order for delivery on the 20th, but that has not happened for 99% of us. they claim 'in stock' but also tell customers they're awaiting stock... live chat and phone lines are never available... like what a total and utter joke.
