i feel like Sky needs to be reported to companies house for the absolute **bleep** they've put us through. nothing but lies from managers and employees about stock and dates, false hope, and a refusal to give us proper customer service or to even give us ease of access to speak to someone who gives a sh*t. this is a total joke

Just spoke with Sky as despite pre-ordering a Plus on 17th, my sky was still showing no outstanding orders.

They actually knew what I had ordered, then told me to refresh the app, no i'm on the webpage and have been refreshing for 6 days. 

Anyway he told me to expect an email from DPD tomorrow, to which I said have you given them the phone then? He said No - So why would DPD email me about a phone or order they know nothing about!

I asked if they had stock and he advised yes they do

To be fair he was making me laugh as he clearly had no clue what he was talking about and was making up anything he thought I wanted to hear. All I wanted was a realistic date, whenever that date may be.

But at least I know they have the order

I got a email at 7.54. Saying we're expecting ur parcel. Now I was really hoping it was my AirPods & phone however it looks to be just my AirPods. And my sim is also sitting with saying completed and ave had 2 emails today asking me to activate my sim. Don't see how that's possible when I don't have that or the phone it is intended for. 🤦🏽‍♀️. This happened last year to me too with Tesco on the iPhone 15pro max. Kept telling me loads a different things. And I got it 3 weeks later. Was hoping sky was different but unfortunately it's the same as last years pre orders. Of the pro max's.

@champagneslay  see ave not had any email update on my phone or a time frame. But today my sim is complete & my AirPods are being delivered tomorrow. And I keep getting emails to say remember to activate sim. 😂🤦🏽‍♀️. I would if you would be too kind and delivering my phone. I had took the day off on Friday to be in for it. Now keep email watching in the hopes it will magically pop up & make my day 😂
