I pre ordered the iPhone 16 pro black version and I haven't heard anything yet I ordered it on the 20th (I know I'm inpatient) just wondered if anyone else had

I'm waiting for mine too. Just says coming soon! The guy I ordered it with told me 20th Sept... I've had time off work too!!! Very annoying

@Dylan051 seems like you'll be waiting a while :') i pre-ordered the iphone 16 pro max (black titanium 256gb) on the 16th and i haven't received any updates since the confirmation email :') all it says on my app is 'in process —   coming soon' and hasn't changed in a week :')

I preordered the 16 pro max on the 12th September I got 2 one for me and one for my partner in colours - desert titanium and natural titanium it said it would be here on September 27th but got a text Friday to say by the 4th of October has anyone else had this ? Will they push it back again I'm guessing it's because of the desert titanium colour ?

@Hollylouisee21  My dad ordered the pro max 256 in black on the 21st, and he got a text saying his will come by the 4th October- I ordered mine at 13:30 on the 13th, desert titanium max pro 256 and I got a text saying 4th October as well 😭

@Michal99 @Hollylouisee21 Sadly I think they're just automated texts because they messed up on the 'delivered on 20th september' - it's just to let you know when it might come. There's a 4 week wait apparently for 16 Pro Maxes - especially in Desert Titanium. Definitely keep checking your app.

Still no news from Sky for me, no updates, no ETAs, can't even track the order (but both the phone and the sim are in the sky mobile section of my MySky app). Genuinely have no idea what to do.

@Sheepie_1985  Sadly it's just a waiting game now. We're all in the same boat just waiting now.

@Suze181 Yeah seems it, just disappointed as a first time Sky Mobile customer that the communication is utterly non-existent. Strongly thinking of just cancelling it

@Sheepie_1985 i know what you mean. They've never been this bad in the past and I've been with sky for years. Sadly though if you cancel you'll be in the same position wherever you order it from now as you'll be at the back of the queue for any order especially the pro or max

@Sheepie_1985 I completely get where you are coming from in regards to the complete lack of communication, it's fustrating to say the least. Like @Suze181 said, if you were to cancel it you could be looking at the end of October / start of November and you'll be putting yourself to the back of the queue. Everywhere seems to be having the same issue with the Pro Maxes, it has just been dealt with very very poorly by Sky
