@champagneslay don't blame you! The lack of communication has been really poor and then everyone getting told different things by customer services. I appreciate that the stock issue isn't Sky's fault however I definitely think this situation could have been handled way better

@lauren1210 I'm with you honestly! Couldn't agree more. I think they'd have a lot less aggro off people if they hadn't told people '20th September' I can understand the stock problems but it's been handled soo badly.

@champagneslay I postponed a trip away to see friends in Durham to be at home on Friday and for it not turn up was annoying to say the least. I've also seen people say they'd taken the day off work for it, which they won't get that time back. At least if they acknowledged the problem and apologised that'd be something but they've just said nothing and I think that makes it worse

I've just spoken to someone from sky who said they have had stock arrive yesterday but had over 9000 orders whilst it was out of stock and then something about external credit verification so once that's been done they expect delivery within 2-3 days of dispatch.  Hoping it won't be that long!
