@conalbarbarian I have been constantly updating things all day. Nothing from anyone. So I just tried the online chat, he didn't even understand what I was actually saying. So another call to sky it seems

@conalbarbarian so according to the 'manager' I just spoke to, the last 2 agents they have told me I'll be receiving my phone this weekend have lied. So I am going to be filing with trading standards now

@conalbarbarian I have, I've also sent 2 emails. And it says that if I haven't had it resolved by sky in 8 weeks to go financial ombudsman. So anyone on here been waiting more than 8 weeks, you know where to go!

I ordered 13th of October have been emailing them for the past few days as today is 3 weeks for me. When I ordered the man assured me 2-3 weeks max.  So after calling a few times and not help I got passed to someone higher up and she opened a case for me and told me I should get mine no later than Saturday the 9th hopefully sooner. I ordered the 16 pro max in DT in 256gb. She did tell me they had Natural titanium 512gb in stock for next day delivery so if anyone ordered that hopefully you get an update if you don't mind paying an extra 12 pounds a month maybe you can call and get it lol.

OK so what i don't understand is this. You order and it says 1-2 weeks. So you get past the 2 weeks (in my case) and the phone yesterday and today when I check says now in stock (NT 512GB) so if I were a new customer placing this order today, I'd get it tomorrow as its in stock. Yet mine hasn't arrived, just says coming soon on the app order tracker. So this means easiest to cancel the original order and place it again? Seems absolutely stupid but there we go.

I ordered an IPhone 16 pro max WT 256gb on October 22nd with an estimated wait time of "more than 4 weeks", so I have a very long way to go yet, but this thread is making me very anxious that it won't be here by Christmas (this phone is a Christmas present!). You'd like to think it would be as that would be a total of 9 weeks, but I really don't know. I also feel like 9 weeks could actually happen as the "more than 4 weeks" is basically an open goal for them

@delboy334- The only variant in stock currently is the 512GB natural titanium and that is low in stock. All others are still on back order

I am switching my iPhone with sky to the iPhone 16 pro, ordered over 2 weeks ago and it stated 1-2 week wait for phone, just logged in and it's still showing in progress, no further update. Has anyone actually received their phones within 1-2 weeks? Thanks
