@Emz0794 i have had my sky account longer then my partner I am Gold VIP which means nothing. She is Silver and got hers within 10 days.

i havent made a complaint but I will be doing so. How do I go about doing this

@JawadKhan to be honest I'd say do it online but if you actually want it noted I'd call them and say you want to complain. I said that they was lying about that, they had no response. 
Actually most of the questions I have had haven't been answered. Specifically about sky chasing apple and asking where their stock is....

Ordered on 16th September and had one being delivered on 10th October. Got the delivery time from DPD, waited time came and went DPD said there was an incident and it would be delivered by 4pm that time came and went the found out that my phone had been stolen. Got onto Sky to tell them and they told me they were out of stock and I'd have to wait another 4 weeks. Still waiting but may come next week hopefully 🤞(16pm dt 256gb)

I have paid upfront amount also and I got notification for direct debit also. But I am unable to check the device details. Please help me out.

So just an update. I placed my order for the IPhone 16 pro max 256Gb NT on the 02/10/24. 
received my phone today 31/10/24

Ive brought the new iphone 16 pro max a week ago on finance and it saying its on back order 1-2weeks, but i checked on skys website today and its saying that its in stock, why have they dispatched my phone yet?

@Victoria2205x I was told yesterday mine is in the warehouse, waiting to be labelled and sent. How true that is who knows, I've heard nothing and was told by text I'd get my phone by today and I haven't. If I don't hear anything by 5 tonight then I'm calling again, and filing with people outside of sky tonight

I have ordered my iPhone 16 , 2 weeks ago and it said it will take 1-2 weeks to be delivered. The credit checks have been approved and I got the order confirmation but when I check the status it still shows "in progress - coming soon" and I am getting no emails to updates or delivery dates.
