just got off the phone with sky after enquiring about my iPhone 16 pro max white ordered on the 25sept to be told sorry it's going to be another 4 weeks .To say I'm gutted is an understatement asked him to check all of that model with the same answer 4 weeks anyone else been told this .WHAT ARE THEY DOING!

Think I'm finally finished in the waiting game. I ordered BT pro max 1T 29/09 and I was quoted delivery for 01/11 and today I've just recieved an email from dpd that they're expecting my parcel 🥳

@JawadKhan  did you just get an update aswell? Just thinking because we both had a text at the same time for the same date.

Hello everyone please to confirm after 5 weeks of waiting, confirmation that phone will be delivered tomorrow.....there is hope after all. Good luck to everyone still waiting.

Hi all, just seeing if anyone else has had the same.....ordered a 16 pro DT a couple of weeks ago but as of tonight I can no longer see my order on the mysky app and when I try to track online it just says 'oops something has gone wrong'. If no update by morning I'll call Sky. Anyone else had this previously?

@TomHogan  yes same I ordered the WT 16 Pro Max and my phone isn't showing in the My Sky app. Could this be a glitch or does this mean that it will come soon?

The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.

There are the usual inevitable delays after the launch of a new iPhone.

Hey, so I ordered my IPhone 16 pro max, white 256gb on the 26th of September, it said less than 4 week delivery but I still haven't heard any updates. 

Just wondering if anyone else who had ordered around this time have received their phone or atleast an update?
