I have ordered the iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB White Titanium on 13/09 around 4:30pm. Text received 19th Sep to say delivery by 27th Sep. Phone dispatched 1st Oct and arrived 2nd Oct.

If you don't activate the Sky sim then the sim will be cancelled so you will not be charged for it.

I bough the iPhone 16 plus on Saturday. All I can see is that it is on back order which to my knowledge is that they don't have to stock supply which is okay. It says that the phone will be delivered within one to two weeks. Is this true? Has anyone else experienced this as I'm not willing to pay the first bill unless I have received the phone.

@Chloelou @I've been waiting 3 weeks for my Pro Max. It was meant to be 4. You could be waiting a week and a bit until you get it. The back order is a load of crap. They get stock in every week - Tuesday and Wednesday are the bulk of them 🙂 Hope this helps

You will need to call Sky to cancel. You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, alternatively you can use:

ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated ROI number.
