I ordered 16 Pro Max 256GB in White on the 18th and apart from email when I ordered and credit stuff.. zero contact.. no text of any kind, no possible date I have ever had from them.. Just "coming soon" meaning no stock but we see a lot going out soooo

The Mrs ordered the pro nt 128 on Sunday and coming tommorw! I have to wait for the pro max bt 256 to come whenever now

@champagneslay hooray, since I got my phone last Friday I've been stalking this forum to check to see if others who pre ordered have received their phones or at least a message. 
How many more who ordered on 13th are still waiting, hopefully not many now?

I think we can all agree that the information from sky has been non existent and their customer service is clueless.  
I'm now waiting to see that they receive my old phone as returned via sky swap on Tuesday 🤞🏻

Just order the pro max 16 256 DT same price as sky through giffgaff they both piggy back on the 02 next work they have daily limited stock phone going to arrive tomorrow sky order getting a cancelled

@Mar1an_21 The 26th! You'll be waiting over 4 weeks.. Many here ordered over 3 weeks ago and no phone.. Me 2 weeks no phone.. Good luck lol

we are only customers ourselves and if you want more information you need to contact sky direct. 
Most of us who preordered are only just getting our phones now after 3 weeks

What phone did you order. 
like i said there has been major backlogs in the orders and those of us that preordered are only just getting ours now. 
so don't expect it anytime soon, especially if you have ordered a pro max model
