After pretty much giving up, not getting anywhere with chat, calling etc, i had an email out of the blue to say the delivery date for my 16pro Max in Black Titanium is now Tuesday 1st October! I placed the order on 14th September at about 9:30am, I hope it's correct, I'll not believe it until it's in my hand!
