Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

Ordered an iPhone 16 pro on the 20th. Spoke to a few live chat people and put in a complaint that went nowhere.

Still on back order.

Its causing me alot of anxiety not knowing when it will come in.

I pre ordered a iphone 16 pro just over a week ago but since it has been released on 20th there has been no update on what date it'll be delivered to me. It just says coming soon. So just want to know the progress and when can I expect it to be delivered. Thanks

@KLM23092000 Yeah i deffo wont be cancelling unless it gets to beyond the 4th week mark then ill call again bit like @EpicC said ill just wait and see what happens since im the same, ordered 18/09 12:20pm Iphone 16 pro max black titanium 256gb and have only had my conformation email so maybe its not stuck and its just a thing that is happening because maybe the system is slow? he also said that this can happen with preorders where it gets stuck not normal orders...

Just got off a half an hour call .... apparently my account and concern has been raised to the manager and I'm now a priority (yeah okay!) there is nothing in stock for the Pro Max to which I replied 'well people received their phones yesterday, today and tomorrow! People who ordered the exact same phone after me have already received theirs!' ....... phone goes silent 🙄 'I promise you I've raised this with my manager, there is nothing in stock right now but it you want to change phones I can do that' ... 'no thank you I ordered the Pro Max as that is the phone I want! I already have a case and screen protector waiting in my possession for it' ..... 'there's not much more I can tell you apart from your phone is on pre order, we currently have no stock available and yours is now a priority, please don't listen to other people as that's not your phone' ....... so I'm afraid guys no further forward! ..... shamefully admitting I've now broken down (good ole mental and physical health) into a glass of Prosecco 🙃🥲

I was really polite to the lady on the phone as previously working in customer service I know how it can get so I did keep calm and collected on the call. Will also update you all on any further updates I receive from Sky whenever that may be!

To those like me who are sending back their current phone as a swap we don't need to panic as the swap happens after we have the new device delivered (the packaging should come with the new phone!)

I have ordered the iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB White Titanium on 13/09 around 4:30pm

Guys I genuinely feel defeated, nothing this afternoon. I bet money on it, nothing this evening either. [remarks removed]. We are simply just a number in the machine. As for that I'm completely done! I'm not paying my next bill until I receive an update!

@champagneslay Thank you lovely! Honestly feel like a right dope atm, can't rely on your health problems leaving you be when you need them to ay! But to make people laugh, I couldn't find a brolly so now look like a drowned rat thanks to the rain as I had to walk the dog up the garden so he would go to the toilet! 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 he hates the rain and we did have had a few rumbles so had to take him when I had the chance too 🙈😂

@Titchx3 @I feel for you, I ordered the same iPhone 16 pro max in white on the 13th was told it would be delivered on the 20th, email on the 19th to say it would be delivered by the 4th October, then on the virtual chat today I was told the estimated delivery on my device was the 21st October.  5 weeks for a phone that was pre ordered!  On my account the device is still sitting as "pre ordered" hasn't moved at all!!
