I have spoken to someone on the live chat as my email says from 20th, and I know from reading replies on this that means it is obviously after the 20th. However the person on the live chat advised next delivery estimated date is 21/10. From past years does anyone know if it will be sooner than this? I think I pre ordered around 2/3pm for an IPhone 16 pro max in black. I have had the emails everyone keeps mentioning so the order has definitely gone through.

Received the confirmation email stating that my new phone will be delivered on 20th by courier.... bearing in mind that tomorrow is the 20th and I haven't received any tracking info, should I be concerned that my phone is not going to arrive tomorrow after all?? 😩

Very amusing in here as there's so many of the same questions and impatient adults 😂😂 and I totally get it - this isn't a dig, it's just hilarious how something so minute as a new phone gets us all acting like children before Christmas.

My parents would tell me "it's here when it's here". Parents don't understand though, but I have to somehow teach that to my kids 😅

Tis always the way with iPhones for some reason. In fairness the launches have been a **bleep**show in the past and launch day preorders are always a melt. It gives me a nostalgia boost to my yoof waiting impatiently for my Dreamcast to arrive on launch day. 😂

I had an email that the phone "Will be delivered on 20th", just contacted chat as I've heard nothing. they are now saying all allocations have been assigned and sent,.. No email from DPD, no phone.

Mine is showing as deliery on 21/10 now.
