I just got off the phone to a lady called Uzra (took her name because if she has lied to me i will be asking for her personally when the phone hasn't arrived) 

I was told there's been a delay blah blah, and she was sorry and that it would be 2-3 days for delivery and she wrote a note on my account?? 

also kept calling me Ian, my name isn't ian😂
