A relative has had a notification that their Pro Max Desert Titanium 256GB is coming tomorrow, DPD tracking is available. Ordered 13th around 14:20. Black and white Pro Max 256GBs are arriving today, ordered about the same time as those. I think they're sending did a batch of white followed by black and now they're sending out desert titanium's so maybe we'll have some more people get emails about those today.

I always thought when you preorder you get your goods on the day of the release.Looks like Sky unable to do this.They could at lease give us time scale when it's coming.

@januk They have to have someone show ID so I guess they would take it away unless you nominate a neighbour?

I'm going to make sure I'm home when I get a delivery slot, I took day off last Friday and now looks like it should be delivered tomorrow.  Luckily I work 5 minutes from home so will pop home for delivery and then back again.  Of course it may be delivered before or after work as I only work part time

I say ordered at 14:20 but I mean contract signed as that's what your spot in queue is supposed to be based on.

Just spoke to someone over chat and they first said that sky only deal with placing orders and contracts and that delivery details will be confirmed by DPD?! I replied saying but you are the guys that have the stock to give to DPD so surely you must have a time scale and then she came back confirming stock is due 27/09.

What a stupid thing to say that it's down to DPD, how can DPD give me a delivery date when Sky hasn't actually given them the item in the first place!!

Ok, just a random thought.  The people who pre ordered on 13th, received text saying 27th and now seem to be getting massges saying its dispatched, how many are repeat customers?

I'm on my third iphone from sky and will be swapping my 15 pro.  I pre ordered about 2:30 on the 13th and my contract was signed at 2:34.  I wonder if exisiting customers are getting phones first then new customers?

No idea just trying to get some logic from the random order they seem to be sending them out
