Apple iPad 2025 Silver??
Hi,
I called your customer services earlier today as DPD attempted to deliver the above to me which I declined as on 7/11/2025 I called Sky to say my IPhone 17 had stopped working/charging and the gentleman I spoke to said he'd send me the Apple IPad 2025 in Silver as compensation for my phone not working??!!
No mention of cost to myself??
I obviously don't want to pay £255.00 for an IPad that was supposed to be sent to me for free as compensation!!
I declined the delivery of it and it has been returned to the depot!
I'm a very unhappy VIP customer of 12 years plus, so will be leaving Sky as soon as I can 😢😡!!

On reflection, does that really sound credible?
A faulty iPhone 17 would be replaced under warranty as by definition they are all still covered, but it's extremely unlikely that a £300 Apple device is going to be given away.
