Struggling to sight my agreed contract

I have difficulties to acces my documents to sign for my new contract.

 

i can't access to my Piggy bank in my SkyApp.

 

what happine to my account lately?????

How can I access to me agreement contract which I need to sign it? 

I am worri if my phone was hacked? I can't do much lately in My Sky app

HOW  SAFE IS SKY NETWOEK? 

WHI TRANSFER ME TO ANOTHER SEIVES PEOVIDER WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND PERMISSION???? 

 

SKY's service is questionable, lately and my phone and broadband is not safe !!!

Your phone hasn't been hacked so what is happening when you try to access your piggybank or your account ?
