Apparent data issues at mast affecting my signal?
Coverage says good, phone calls and signal say otherwise. Service checker says "Our Network can get busy in this area.
This means your data could be slower than normal. We're sorry about that. Our team is aware and working to make it better. Our top tips for staying connected would be to find local Wifi hotspots and download whatever content you need whilst connected to Wifi, so you can still enjoy it on the move."
This comes up for all "signal" related issues - I don't want to download stuff I want to receive and make calls without the signal constantly dropping.
so frustrating. Apparently being fixed within 48 hours but if it's a data issue then how does that resolve my signal issues? I'm literally 100m from a mast and get 1 sometimes 2 bars of 4G. Can anyone help? Postcode area NN13.
