My sky app

I have tried to use the my sky app but say I am not authorized I have deleted it and reinstalled it but still won't let me use the app

If this is doing this when on both a mobile data and Wi-Fi connection then all you can do is to see if Sky can help you by calling them on 150. When calling remain silent when asked anything by the bot.
