I've recently switched from Vodafone and can no longer receive automated calls from Lloyds to verify me when trying to log onto me account. Anyone had similar problems ?

For this to be investigated you will need to report this to Sky support. The free number to call them on is just 150 and when calling say No to questions asked by the bot about going online or receiving a text message.
