Account restricted.

My mobile account has been restricted due to lack of payment. I have paid the balance I was wondering how long it takes for it to be unrestricted? Thanks

Hi @Neilp81  have you also set up a new continuous payment method as that's also required ? If more than 2 weeks late the next bill may also need payment. Once the payment clears in Skys account then your services should be reinstated subject to the above conditions.
