Agent giving incorrect offer details

Just called up to renew my sky mobile offers and was told one price on the phone and then when I checked the contracts the price is more. I'm sure this is a breach

A mistake maybe but not a breach so if your future bills are wrong you will have to contact them again.

What do future bills show?  If they are not as expected then call Sky back...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
