Here we are again! Can't make or receive calls. This is becoming a real issue and definitely questioning if I should move to a more reliable mobile phone provider. Can't get hold of support as queue is so long, support will close when I do get to the front and virtual assistance is absolutely useless to put it mildly. Really not good for 3rd time in as many months and no apology from Sky or no communication. So so frustrating!!!

Sky came back after 5 days to say the issue is resolved and to restart all devices. That then worked until yesterday. If you restart your device then the first call will work now which I worked out last night but had to do it again this morning

Someone might be working on it remotely. Remember, Sky don't own or maintain any masts so it's down to a third party anyway.
