My daughters phone is unable to make or receive calls, she can receive texts but not send them?
We have tried the network reset on the phone, we have tried the request network settings from the Sky App. still not working.
She has an Iphone 15 Pro Max.
Been like it for about three weeks now - have there been issues with the network?

No - it says there are no known issues in my area
