Add name to account

Could I please add my name or change the name on my account. At the moment account is in my husbands name and if we have a problem staff insist on speaking to him, unfortunately he is becoming very confused ( he's 83) and it would make it much easier for me to discuss any change we wish to make

There can only be one name on the account. Yours cannot be added however…
as long as you pass the security question, which is usually the telephone password, you can do most things but you won't be able to cancel any aspect of the subscription.

If your husband has health issues that might affect his ability to communicate, it may be worth registering him with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at the related links here particularly the bottom one… ~
