Active sim and keep number

Hi I am trying to activate my new sim and keep my number however it is saying I can't as I am not the account holder. Which I should be the account holder.

Are you a new customer to Sky mobile, if so you need to be using the same username/email address to login that you used when placing the order.

Are you trying to apply a PAC from a different network?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
